OMG! im so confussed! I have just came off tmobile contract last month and asked the sales team to put me on PAYG. Which they did, they also told me that I could have the top up £10 a month text and web deal which i thought was great. So the new month has started amd no deal. Phoned them today and a operator told me to text STOP EXTRAS and this would mean that my £10 a month deal would be activated. Got offthe phone and went from £0.00 balance to £16.00???????? And i get free calls and texts to tmobile users pluss free internet. Does anyone know what could of happend or what tariff they might of put me on. How do I find out without calling them again? Any help please??

Thanks for the feedback on this tariff Austin. It's a shame that T-Mobile are not open minded enough to allow existing customers to switch to the tariff. Most networks don't punish existing customers . When I wanted to switch to O2 'Text Anytime' several years ago (before there was a real way for existing customers to switch), they went out of the way to switch me over. I lost mobile service for a few hours as they were disconnecting and reconnecting me but at least it was hassle free and doesn't require you to get two PAC codes.

I tried to get this added to my existing T-Mobile PAYG account, and was told it wasn't possible. However, they did go further than I expected and explained that I could get it by sending for a new SIM card then porting my number to another operator and back! Unfortunately I would lose all my credit by doing that. Now I need to decide whether I can be bothered.
