About Ken’s Tech Tips
Our mission is to demystify the world of mobile technology and to make it more accessible for the rest of us. We want to help you to use mobile technology to enhance every aspect of your life: whether it’s social networking, travel, entertainment or work.

Ken’s Tech Tips has been around in some form or another since April 2004. In that time, we’ve published thousands of articles and become one of the largest independent mobile technology websites in the UK. Ken’s Tech Tips receives around 150,000 page views per month.

Why mobile technology?

It’s a very exciting time for consumers and mobile technology: phones are becoming smarter and they’re weaving themselves into every aspect of our lives. At the same time, the costs of mobile technology are falling and competition is increasing. Yet, for the majority of people, the rapid pace of innovation and change in mobile technology can often be overwhelming. This site is for that majority. My aim is to make mobile technology more accessible: to demystify this new technology, to highlight important issues and pitfalls and to help you to get the most out of your mobile life.

About the author Ken Lo

I’m a technology enthusiast. I’ve been using mobile phones for over 10 years now. In that time, I’ve used a variety of phones from different manufacturers and on a whole range of different networks and tariffs. I have also spent a lot of time using and developing social media & technology for local organisations (schools, universities and clubs) and for a Fortune 100 financial services company. Like other technology enthusiasts, I love playing and tinkering with technology: but nothing beats the elegance of something which just works, smoothly, out of the box.

How can I contact you?

One of the most rewarding aspects of blogging has been receiving comments and e-mails from people all across the world (and once meeting a complete stranger in a pub who was a reader of the blog!).

The easiest way to contact me is to send me an e-mail.

I’d love to hear about whether the tips on this site worked for you and any suggestions for the blog you have.
