Da Vinci Code

The "Da Vinci Code" is a really good book and most people will probably be aware it's been adapted for a movie to be released next month.

Google and Sony launched a puzzle quest several days ago to tie in with "Da Vinci Code". I hadn't tried it up until now because I wasn't really in the mood for puzzles but now that I've tried the first puzzle, it seems to be pretty simple and straightforward.

The first puzzle reminds me of Sudoku.

All you have to do is to insert the symbols so that no two symbols in the same column, row or box are the same.

Apparently the guys at Google created 12,358 unique puzzles :)

I hope the next few puzzles will be a bit harder. Otherwise this whole competition will turn into another ITV Play or Brainteaser

    Second puzzle seemed too easy and boring - most of it required visiting the Da Vinci Code site and finding the name of a symbol.
