MSN Messenger Tip: Changing your display picture

December 10th, 2005

If you’ve wanted a quick and easy way to change your display picture to a picture from the internet you can drag and drop the image from the browser window to your display picture in the conversation window. If you prefer, you could also drop it on your display picture in the conversation window.

You can do more than just changing your display picture – drag it onto a blank space in the conversation window to change it to the background image for your conversation or drag it into the space where you type your messages if you want to send the image to a contact through MSN file transfer.

Works with Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox.
