I will agree with you that it is very hard to find things to write everyday! Since I began working full time, I’ve found it much harder to find inspiration and time to write posts!

A lot of the time I have discussions with friends or I read things on websites or magazines which interest me and I then make a blog post about them. I sometimes blog about topics related to work (though not work itself) because it’s something I know a lot about!
