Apple to release an iPod Nano?

Via Forever Geek, Apple’s Big Announcement:
New 2GB ipod called the “Nano” - it will sport a color screen and will be much smaller and thinner than a mini. Price = $199
Makes no sense since Creative also have a music player called the Nano.
Rock on iPod Flea. Also: Paris Hilton has a Creative Zen? And Bill

It is all fine saying that it is the same thickness as a pencil - but how thick is the pencil?
